Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Beika Mochi online store.
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights, including your statutory Right of Withdrawal where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item in your order.

Request a cancellation, return, or withdrawal
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation.
If your order has already been fulfilled, you may request a return.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive the last item in your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in a condition suitable for resale.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is provided.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not available for:
- Opened food products.
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection, hygiene, or food safety reasons.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
These exclusions apply where permitted by applicable law and do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us without undue delay, and no later than 7 days after receiving the goods, at:

Please include the following information in your message:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and inform you of the next steps, such as replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approval.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an appropriate return label.
