Japan is full of craftsmanship, culture and intention, much of it kept alive by small family workshops.
Yet the story behind their work rarely travels with it, and few small makers can sell abroad on their own.

From Japanese workshops to European homes.
Our team in Japan finds makers and tells their stories. Our team in Germany brings their work to customers across Europe.
We look after stock and shipping, so makers can start small and grow step by step.
Mikan means "unfinished".
